All students currently enrolled in a university or high school graduates wishing to take university-level courses are eligible for admission. All applicants must be capable of completing college level work in English.

Required materials to complete your application
During the online application process, students will be asked to upload the following materials:
Photo File
Please attach a picture of your face in jpg format (such as a passport photo). This is to issue an ID card.
Copy of Passport
If you don't have a passport at the time of applying for AISS, you can skip this part. But you must email the copy of your passport immediately after you have it. (send to: iss@ajou.ac.kr)
Transcript (written in English)
Please scan the official university/college transcript and upload it.
Health & Medical Clearance Form: Fill out the form and upload. "click"
Heath & Medical Clearance Form: For the purpose of submitting the online application, you may get the x-ray or skin test for tuberculosis. However, for students that submit the skin test we may require an additional x-ray test upon arrival at Ajou.
Please note that until you submit all the requested materials, your application will not be reviewed.
Admission letter and package
Once students submit their online application, Ajou University reviews the application and decides their admission. Those students who are admitted to AISS will receive an official admission letter and package from Ajou in early May. Students are advised to check their email regularly for any announcement or information given by AISS.
