Ajou University offers various type of accommodations for providing comfort and modern technology to residents. Ajou University Dormitory "Woncheon Dormitory Complex" houses over 2,300 domestic and international residents consisting of 4 buildings.
At Hwa-hong Hall, over 300 international students can accommodate either in two-people-shared room or in four-people-shared room. We hope native Korean students and international students alike will be able to learn about each others' cultures and broaden their sense of international perspective. |

Exchange and international summer school participants can apply for the dormitory during the application period for the dormitory.
The information about the dormitory application will be sent to the students with the admission letter. |

| Requirement for the residents |
| |
To stay in the dormitory, every resident should submit the result of the health check-up as below to Ajou Service Center(ASC) within one month after moving into the dormitory. If residents don¡¯t have the health check-up result, they can do the check-up at Ajou hospital. |

Each of the telephones in the rooms has a unique four-digit number, with 210 at the beginning.

When resident wants to call a number outside the dormitory, s/he must use a public or personal telephone. Collect calls can not be accepted. If residents are found accepting collect calls, s/he ca be expelled. |

Laundry room |
The laundry room is located in the basement of the form cafeteria building. It is equipped with automatic washer and dryer, and irons. The price of using washing machine and dryer for one basket (approx. 4Kg) is 1,000 won each. You will need to furnish your own detergent. |

A PC Lab is located on the 4th and 5th floor of Hwahong Hall, and is open 24 hours a day. |

In each dormitory building, there is a TV room. |

The shower room is located on each floor of the dormitory. |

Kitchen |
Kitchen are located on each floor. Each kitchen has a stove, a refrigerator, a water purifier, tables and chairs. |

Gymnsium |
There is a small gyms in the basements of Hwahong Hall. You can also borrow a variety of balls and ping-pong paddles at the guards' rooms of each building by using student ID card. |

Convenience Store |
There is convenience stores which are open until 24:0 in 1st floor of Hwahong Hall. |

| Early leaving & Withdrawal |
If resident have to leave in the middle of the semester, resident will need to submit a request and follow the procedure outlined below. The dormitory fee will be refunded to the student, but not the full amount. Student will be charged for the number of days student resided in the dormitory. |

| Regulations for residents |
All residents should abide by the rules and regulations of the Ajou University Dormitory. Any violations against the rules and regulations will result in penalties as the followings;
