Note:
- a. Residents have to leave in the middle of the semester, residents will need to apply for refund request as same procedure as dormitory application.
- b. The dormitory fee will be refunded to the student, but not the full amount. Students will be charged for the number of days student residend in the dormitory.
- c. The criteria of refund policy are based the move-in date given by dormitory and not individual students' move-in date.
- d. During the vacation period, refunds are only made on a 50% basis. Check the notice for vacation refunds.
