NUBI FOOLS' DAY - APRIL 4TH, 2025NUBI at Ajou University hosted ‘NUBI Fools’ Day’ in collaboration with GSIS, marking a cheerful and creative celebration of April Fools’ Day. This event was the first April Fools’ themed program planned by NUBI, offering a fresh way to encourage communication and participation among students beyond the club’s previous activities.Inspired by the global holiday of April Fools’ Day, participants dressed in costumes of their choice and maintained their character throughout the event. The event kicked off with an ice-breaking session where participants took instant Polaroid photos upon entry, decorated them as they wished, and mingled around the venue to collect as many autographs as possible. Following the icebreaker, a series of team-based games engaged participants, including a quiz guessing movie posters with hidden titles, word relay challenges, and a relay drawing game. The event concluded with five award categories recognizing achievements such as the most creative and entertaining costume and lucky draw prizes, celebrating the participants’ enthusiastic involvement. As NUBI’s first April Fools’ Day-themed event, ‘NUBI Fools’ Day’ received positive feedback from both GSIS and NUBI students, fostering natural interaction between Korean and international students. Far beyond simple pranks, ‘NUBI Fools’ Day’ became a meaningful opportunity to enjoy and appreciate diverse cultures together in a lighthearted and engaging way. NUBI looks forward to continuing this joyful event in the years to come.
