Seoul is reviewing its sanctions on trade with North Korea: Unification minister
Han Ki-ho, a professor at the Ajou Institute for Unification, told NK News that lifting the May 24 sanctions will have little impact since they have not been enforced in practice since the Moon administration, with North Korea now rejecting inter-Korean cooperation.He added that Pyongyang is unlikely to accept the idea of creating an energy committee, calling the proposal largely hypothetical.(하략)
