해당 학생은 청구논문 심사원 및 관련 서류를 기한 내 제출하여 주시기 바랍니다.

This is a guide to applying for a PhD thesis review.(Graduated in February 2023)

Those who wish to graduate should submit all necessary documents.

1. 대상자: 2023년 2월 박사학위 졸업예정자(통합과정/박사과정)

Those who are scheduled to graduate Doctorate degree in Feb 2023

2. 학위청구논문 심사 신청 및 심사료 납부기간

2022.10.06.(목) ~ 2022.10.12(수)

Period of submitting the thesis and paying thesis review fee

Oct 6th(Thu) ~ Oct 12th(Wed), 2022

3. 심사료 납부: 550,000원 ( 국민 808-490-29-000406 )

 ※ 원활한 확인을 위해 반드시 학생 본인 이름으로 입금

 Payment of Thesis review fees: 550,000won ( 국민 808-490-29-000406 )

 ※ Please pay the fees with your name (Applicant’s name)

★Important ★ 

교외 심사위원의 신분증 사본, 통장사본을 신청기간 내에 함께 제출해주세요. (본교 의대 교수님 포함)

본인 지도교수님이 의대 교수님이신 경우에도 신분증사본, 통장사본 제출바랍니다. 메일로 보내주셔도 됩니다.  

해외체류 심사위원이 계시면 계좌는 한국계좌로 꼭 준비해주세요.

+ 심사원 서류 샘플을 함께 보내드리니 빠짐 없이 제출 바랍니다. 

Please submit a copy of the external review member's copy of a bankbook & ID card together. (Including a professor at Ajou University's medical school)

Even if your supervisor is a professor at our medical school, you must submit the above documents.

You can send it by email. 

Please make sure to submit a copy of the bank account in Korea of thesis review members staying abroad.
