Registration Guide for Enrolled Students
Fall Semester, 2026 · Graduate School, Ajou University
This notice is intended for enrolled students.
※ MUST READ ※
- New students of the 2026 fall semester are not subject to this notice. (Processed separately)
- Re-entering students must pay tuition during the Regular Registration period (additional registration period cannot be accepted). If not, re-entry will be canceled.
- Students receiving a research stipend must check their research stipend payment standard and confirm whether tuition must be paid within the Regular Registration period.

※ The tuition fee invoice can be printed via the Ajou Portal System on the same dates as the payment period. (cf. Regular Registration: 2026.08.21. ~ 08.28.)
How to Print the Tuition Fee Invoice
Log in to Ajou Portal → Academic Affairs Information → Scholarship / Registration → Print Tuition Fee Invoice → Click Print
- Confirmation of tuition fee payment can only be printed the day after payment.
- From the 2014 spring semester onward, invoices can only be printed via the Ajou Portal System.
How to Pay

| Offline | All branches of KB Bank | Students can get assistance when printing the tuition fee invoice by visiting the KB Bank Ajou University branch. |
| Online | Online banking system | Transferring is only possible within banking hours (09:30–16:30). Transfers made outside banking hours will result in errors and will not be accepted. |
- If the tuition amount is KRW 0, students must still submit the bill to KB Bank to complete registration.
- Students must apply for a postponement if they cannot pay tuition within the Regular Registration period.
- Students who do not register by the announced deadline will be dismissed from the school.
