Procedure for Requesting Maintenance

Have you got a light that won’t light up? A window that won’t be open? If something in your room or your common area is broken and in need of repair, residents should report these by themselves by writing on the Inconvenience List which is located at the Inspector office of each building. Most routine work orders will be performed within 24 hours business days.

  • Contact your inspector office when you are locked out of your room or building or a clean-up involving human waste is required(e.g. vomiting in your common room)

Inspector Office

Our inspector office are open 7 days a week for all year round, call for emergency assistance when needed (campus security, ambulance, fire, and police), provide general residence information, facilitate maintenance requests, and handle the mails.

Custodial Services

We’re proud of our cleaning staffs, who work hard to clean and maintain your residence building. Our staffs are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment, and are available seven days a week in whole floors.

  • Our professional custodial team :
    • Cleans kitchens, lounges, washroom/shower facilities and public areas on a daily basis
    • Removes garbage and recycling items (plastic, glass and cans) from public areas

  • Note :
    • Each floor resident is responsible to keep the common areas clean after personal use. This is important aspect of community life, health, and personal hygiene. Our cleaning staffs definitely clean whole common areas every day (year- round), shift work for even holidays. Before complaining the common areas’ unsanitary, please clean them and clear off your trash by yourself. And always flush at the toilet, always keep clean the table at the kitchen and don’t leave your personal stuff at the kitchen.
  • You are expected to :
    • Clean and maintain your own room
    • Keep common areas on your floor tidy and free of trash
    • Treat all furnishings and common areas responsibly
    • Remove your own garbage
