[Room Selection Guide for Fall Semester]

■ Room Selection Dates (KST)

8th August (Fri), 11 AM – 5 PM → Hwahong Hall, International Dorm, Namje Hall

If you stayed in the dormitory during the summer semester and wish to continue in the same building and room type for the fall semester, you will be automatically assigned to the same room and do not need to do anything.

However, you must choose your room in the following cases:

1. You want to move to a different room for the fall semester.

2. You did not apply for the same building and room type.

3. You did not live in the dormitory during the summer semester and are newly moving in for the fall semester.

4. Male students who lived on the 4th floor of Hwahong Hall during the summer semester must choose a new room because the 4th floor will be converted into a female-only floor for the fall semester.

In these cases, log in to the same page where you applied for the dormitory (Ajou Portal or Dormitory Website) and choose your room during the designated time.

Room selection is first-come, first-served, so the earlier you choose, the higher the chance of getting your preferred room.

If you do not participate or if your preferred room is no longer available, a room within the same building will be randomly assigned to you.

2025학년도 2학기 호실선택 안내

■ 호실선택 기간 (한국시간 기준)

8월 8일(금), 오전 11시 ~ 오후 5시 : 화홍관, 국제학사, 남제관

여름학기 동안 생활관에 거주하며 같은 건물과 같은 호실 유형으로 2학기에도 계속 거주를 희망하는 경우, 별도의 신청 없이 자동으로 같은 호실에 배정됩니다.

하지만 아래의 경우에는 반드시 호실을 선택해야 합니다.

1. 2학기 입사 시 다른 호실로 옮기고자 하는 경우

2. 같은 건물 및 호실 유형으로 신청하지 않은 경우

3. 여름학기 생활관에 거주하지 않았고, 2학기에 새로 입사하는 경우

4. 여름학기 화홍관 4층에 거주했던 남학생은 2학기에 4층이 여성 전용 층으로 변경되어 호실 유지가 불가능하므로 반드시 호실을 선택해야 합니다.

해당하는 경우, 입사 신청 시 사용했던 페이지(아주포털 또는 생활관 홈페이지)에 접속하여 지정된 기간 내에 호실을 선택해주시기 바랍니다.

호실 선택은 선착순으로 진행되므로, 빠르게 선택할수록 원하는 호실을 배정받을 가능성이 높습니다.

호실 선택에 참여하지 않거나 원하는 호실이 마감된 경우에는 같은 건물 내에서 임의로 배정됩니다.

입사신청경로 그대로 로그인 및 접속 -입사신청-호실선택
