Abstract
we have developed electrochemical biosensing platform for small size hormones which displayed good correlation with commercially available standard methods. In addition, for the high sensitivity platform, low level miRNAs as well as coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2) were selectively quantified using 3, 4-WJ hybridization method. All results were clinically evaluated and the platform showed good agreement with qRT-PCR.
