Temporary Suspension of Cooling Supply

& Diffuser Replacement Work

We would like to inform you of upcoming facility maintenance work in the International Dormitory. Please take note of the following details:

1. Temporary Suspension of Cooling Supply due to Bearing Replacement Work

Cooling tower bearing replacement work for the hot and cold water system in the International Hall will be carried out. Due to this work, the cooling supply will be temporarily suspended as follows:

• Date: Saturday, May 31, 2025

• Cooling Suspension Time: 07:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• Request for Cooperation:
  Cooling supply is expected to resume after 12:00 PM. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time.

2. Replacement of Exhaust Diffusers in Bathrooms and Shower Rooms

Due to corrosion, the exhaust diffusers in bathrooms and shower rooms of the International Hall will be replaced as follows:

• Location: Bathrooms and shower rooms in the International Hall

• Date & Time: Saturday afternoon, May 31, 2025

• Duration: Approximately 30 minutes per floor and area

• Request for Cooperation:

  1. The bathrooms and shower rooms under maintenance will be temporarily unavailable. Please use facilities on the opposite side or on other floors until the work is completed.

  2. Noise and vibrations may occur during the work. We appreciate your understanding.
