Notice of Disposal of Unclaimed Packages

We plan to organize and dispose of unclaimed packages that have been stored for an extended period in the package rooms of each building as outlined below.

1. What Are Long-Term Unclaimed Packages?

- Packages ordered by residents that remain uncollected for over one month (30 days) from the shipping date.

2. Basis for Disposal

- Dormitory Resident Regulations #34: "If a package is left unclaimed for an extended period (30 days from the shipping date), it will be immediately disposed of after 30 days."

3. Packages Subject to Disposal: Unclaimed packages stored for more than 2 months (based on the shipping date).

4. Schedule
 (1) Pre-Notification (7/1): Announcements via the dormitory website, bulletin boards, text messages, and public announcements.

- Attempt to contact individuals after confirming long-term unclaimed packages and recommend package collection.

- Excludes former residents and food-related packages.

(2) Disposal: Packages will be disposed of on Monday, July 14, after being recorded in the disposal log.
