The Dormitory Buddy Program is an RC program where Korean and international residents form buddy teams and participate in activities together.

✔ Eligibility

• Korean and international dormitory residents in the Fall 2025 semester
• Students who are sincere and responsible
• Students interested in interacting with Korean students
• Students who can communicate in English or Chinese
• Students with an open mind to understand and respect different cultures

✔ Activity Theme

Free choice (cultural trips, one-day classes, cooking, hobbies, etc.)

✔ Application Schedule

Google Form opens on September 12, 2025 (Fri) at 2:00 PM (*first-come, first-served)

✔ Recruitment

Up to 10 Korean students and 10 international students

✔ Team Matching

• Announcement: September 22, 2025 (Mon) (up to 10 teams)
• Each team will consist of 1 Korean student + 1 international student (2 students per team)
• The Korean resident will serve as the team leader and will receive the international buddy’s contact information
• If you already have an international student you’d like to team up with, please apply and then inform us directly.

✔ Activity Plan Submission

• The team leader (Korean student) should discuss with their buddy and submit the activity plan
• The format for the activity plan and final report will be provided to the team leader
• Plans will be reviewed, and approval will be communicated to the team leader

✔ Activity Period

From plan approval in September 2025 ~ December 7, 2025 (Sun)

✔ Activity Support Fund

• 200,000 KRW will be provided as an RC scholarship to the team leader after the activity is completed
• The team leader must submit the final report by the deadline. The scholarship will be awarded after confirming the activities were carried out according to the plan.

✔ Benefits

• Activity support fund of 200,000 KRW
• Certificate of completion for the Global RC Buddy Program
• 10 RC mileage points (for undergraduate students only)

📌Notes

- The program may be adjusted depending on the number of applicants.

- Applications will only be used for RC program purposes and not for any other use.

- This program is primarily for undergraduate students. Exchange students and CIE students may participate, but will not receive RC mileage points.
