[2025 FALL SEMESTER] FIRE SAFETY EDUCATION

1. Objective:

To provide mandatory fire safety education for dormitory residents to help them protect themselves in case of a fire.

2. Who must take this training?

- All students living in the Ajou dormitory.(Excluding students who completed the 2025-1 semester)

- Even if you completed fire safety education in 2024, you are still required to take it in the spring semester of 2025.

3. Education Period:

📅 September 18, 2025 (Thu) – September 28, 2025 (Sun)

* 10 penalty points will be imposed for non-completion (Dormitory Rules, Table 28: Failure to participate in safety/fire training).

4. Training Duration:

⏳ 2 hours per session/year (2 hours per person per year)

5. How to take the training:

- Log in to the Ajou dormitory website and click on the "Fire Safety Education" banner at the bottom right.

- Enter your student ID and name to access the training.

- If you cannot log in, contact the coordinator for "User Registration." You will be able to take the course after administrator approval.

Important Notes:

🔥 Fire safety education is mandatory. You must complete it.

🚨 Failure to complete the training will result in 10 penalty points.

✅ After completing both courses, you must take the tests. However, you do not need to submit a certificate.

📌 If you complete the fire safety education in the spring semester, you do not need to take it again in the fall semester.
