[Room Selection Guide for 2026 Spring Semester]

■ Room Selection Dates (KST)

26th January (Mon), 11 AM – 5 PM → Hwahong Hall

27th January (Tue), 11 AM – 5 PM →  International Dorm & Namje Hall

28th January (Wed), 11 AM – 5 PM →  Gwanggyo Hall

If you stayed in the dormitory during the winter semester and wish to continue in the same building and room type for the SPRING semester, you will be automatically assigned to the same room and do not need to do anything.

However, you must choose your room in the following cases:

1. You want to move to a different room for the SPRING semester.

2. You did not apply for the same building and room type.

3. You did not live in the dormitory during the WINTER semester and are newly moving in for the SPRING semester.

*During the vacation period, the 4th floor of Namje Hall & 2nd, 6th floor of International Dormitory will not be in operation.

 Therefore, If you wish to continue staying in the same room through the next vacation period, please take this information into consideration when making your room selection.

In these cases, log in to the same page where you applied for the dormitory (Ajou Portal or Dormitory Website) and choose your room during the designated time.

Room selection is first-come, first-served, so the earlier you choose, the higher the chance of getting your preferred room.

If you do not participate or if your preferred room is no longer available, a room within the same building will be randomly assigned to you.

Step 2. (New) Application Affairs Information (학사서비스)

Step 5. Room selection (호실선택)

2. For freshman and exchange students (신입생, 교환학생):

Please select the relevant option in blue box on center left of the homepage. And then, please go to “Application status > Room selection ”

(Access the website you used when you applied for the dormitory)

⭐Please note that individual room assignment requests are not accepted. If you wish to share a room with a friend, you and your friend must select the same room yourselves at the same time.

2025학년도 2학기 호실선택 안내

■ 호실선택 기간 (한국시간 기준)

1월 26일(월), 오전 11시 ~ 오후 5시 : 화홍관

1월 27일(화), 오전 11시 ~ 오후 5시 : 국제학사, 남제관

1월 28일(수), 오전 11시 ~ 오후 5시 : 광교관

겨울학기 동안 생활관에 거주하며 같은 건물과 같은 호실 유형으로 봄학기에도 계속 거주를 희망하는 경우, 별도의 신청 없이 자동으로 같은 호실에 배정됩니다.

하지만 아래의 경우에는 반드시 호실을 선택해야 합니다.

1. 봄학기 입사 시 다른 호실로 옮기고자 하는 경우

2. 같은 건물 및 호실 유형으로 신청하지 않은 경우

3. 겨울학기 생활관에 거주하지 않았고, 봄학기에 새로 입사하는 경우

*남제관 4층, 국제학사 2층, 6층의 경우 방학동안 운영하지 않으므로 방학기간까지 거주 예정이라면 이를 고려하여 호실 선택을 해주시기 바랍니다.

입사 신청 시 사용했던 페이지(아주포털 또는 생활관 홈페이지)에 접속하여 지정된 기간 내에 호실을 선택해주시기 바랍니다. 호실 선택은 선착순으로 진행되므로, 빠르게 선택할수록 원하는 호실을 배정받을 가능성이 높습니다. 호실 선택에 참여하지 않거나 원하는 호실이 마감된 경우에는 같은 건물 내에서 임의로 배정됩니다.

⭐개별적인 호실 배정 요청은 받지 않습니다. 친구와 같은 방을 원할 경우, 호실 선택 시 동일한 호실을 함께 선택해 주세요.
