Temporary Suspension of University Information Systems
– March 1, 06:00–16:00
1. Reason
Temporary suspension of university information systems due to replacement work on the Energy Center’s Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
2. Affected Systems
All university IT services, including:
-AIMS2
-Academic Services
-University Website & Portal
-Electronic Approval System
-Mobile App (Mobile Student ID, Electronic Attendance, etc.)
-Ajou Talk Talk
-SSO-linked services
3. Date & Time
March 1 (Sun), 06:00–16:00
4. Access Information
-All dormitory room doors and main gates will remain unlocked during this period.
-Some first-floor entrance gates in each building will have limited access.
5. Important Notes
-As room doors will not be locked, please take special care of your valuables.
-Please use only the designated entrances.
-Rooftop access is not permitted.
