Notices for making web ID & application Information for Student ID Card for 2015 new coming students.

 

1. Information for making student ID
   You can check your ID number in the attachment.

 

2. Making Web ID
  a. Please see the attached file (How to make ID)
  b. You need your name, Student ID No., Birthdate to make ID
   - You have to use your name and ID number only in the attached file.
   - Birthdate should be entered with YY/MM/DD type.
      Ex ) 1991-08-13 -> 910813
  c. If you are already a student in Ajou , then you just select graduate students number in the first page of AIMS2 portal.

 

3. Applying Student ID Card.
  a. Application period : Feb 11th to Feb. 13th
  b. Procedure
    1) Confirmation of using personal information (in AIMS2)
    2) Application for issuing student ID card.
    Please refer to the attached file for more detailed information.
  c. Receving student ID card.
     : end of Feb to first week of March from the office of each department.
