- Online Application: 2025.11.25(Tue) 09:00 – 2025.12.04(Thr) 17:00
- Original document Submission: 2025.11.25(Tue) 09:00 – 2025.12.05(Fri) 16:00
*Both application and submission must be done on time, or it will result in disqualification.
📧 Online Application
- Access 'Study in Korea' website: https://www.studyinkorea.go.kr/ko/main.do
- Click 'Plan your studies' → 'Online Application'
- Search 'Ajou University' and Click the program(Master's/Doctoral/Integrated) you wish to apply for.
- Once you fill out all the necessary blanks, print out the application form for original document submission.
* If there are still blanks when you print them out, make sure to fill out before submission(i.e. passport number, guarantee)

- Download Admission Guidelines 2026: https://grad.ajou.ac.kr/gs_eng/admission/foreigner01.do (page 24~)
- Check page 29-30 for required documents for submission. (*Both diploma and transcript must obtain Apostile)
- Check page 27-29 in advance as required documents and eligibility criteria may vary by department
- Send the documents to "Room 305, Yulgok Hall, Ajou University, 206, Worldcup-ro, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, 16499, Republic of Korea"
