2022 Recruiting of international students for a multilingual counseling assistant

The National Institute for International Education has organized a consulting service for international students: It informs about everything related to studying abroad in Korea as well as to job applications.
The national Institute for international education is currently looking for a multilingual counseling assistant
1. Job title: Multilingual counseling assistant (Indonesian, Spanish, Vietnamese)
2. Job description: supporting interpretations and translations of information about studying abroad in Korea as well as of publicity materials and of answers for Q&A of foreign students living already in Korea. Furthermore supporting supporting the operation of study abroad Korea exposition
3. Recruiting number: one person of each language (in total 3)
4. Eligibility: International students who can speak the above mentioned languages, are qualified for a part time job and have level 4 or above in TOPIK (Korean proficiency test)
※ Note! Current GKS Scholarship students or students who have a job seeking visa (D-10) can not apply for this job.
5. Period of employment: 2022.05~08 (with the possibility of extending the employment period in the second half of the year depending on your desire)
6. Job location: National Institute for International Education, International Students Service Center ( Gyeongi -do Seung nam si Bun dang gu Jeong ja il lo - 191)
7. Salary: 10,000 won per hour
8. Working time: One day a week for 5 hours (12:30~18:00, including break time 30 min)
9. Detailed Information:
- Submission deadline: 04.08.(Fri) 24:00 / email (niiedcounselling@korea.kr)
- Documents evaluation and announcement : ~ 4.13. (Wed)
- Online interview: estimated for the 04.18. (Mon)
- Successful applicant announcement: estimated for the 04.20.(Wed)
- Employment contract: receipt after the announcement of the successful application
- Starting date of work: At the beginning of May (after getting permission for the part time employment by the Ministry of Justice)
