TOEFL scores are based on iBT exam.
Students who are eligible for International Special Scholarship D have a TOPIK grade that satisfies the requirements for any New Student Scholarship (1~4), they may receive both scholarships.
If, after the application deadline (before the 1st semester starts), an applicant submits a TOPIK grade via email that is higher than the grade submitted with the application, the scholarship will be given for the new grade. (Applicants who wish to submit a higher test score will be notified via email of the deadline and how to submit the score as well as how the scholarship will be provided.)
The above scholarship conditions are applied starting from the 2nd semester of the 2023

The minimum requirements that must be met by enrolled students who wish to receive a scholarship are as follows: took at least 12 credits in the previous semester, GPA of 2.0 or above.
Those applying for the English track must have an official English proficiency test score that corresponds to or exceeds one of the following: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 80.
GPA rank is calculated after dividing students into two groups: First Year (two attended semesters) and Second Year (three attended semesters).
GPA rank of students who are past Second Year (three attended semesters) is calculated after dividing into Sciences/Engineering and Liberal Arts/Humanities tracks.
Required qualifications and the amount of any scholarship mentioned above are subject to change in accordance with Ajou University’s scholarship system.
