[구글 공유드라이브 서비스 종료 및 일괄 삭제 재안내]
정보시스템팀에서는 구글 공유드라이브 정리에 관해 지속적으로 안내해왔습니다.
* 관련 공지: 구글드라이브(이메일, 공유드라이브 포함) 정리 안내
위 2022년 8월 최초 공지 이후, 정보시스템팀에서는 공유드라이브의 개별 삭제를 권장 및 유도하여 일괄 삭제 처리를 유예해왔습니다.
그러나, Google Workspace의 용량 추이를 계속 모니터링한 결과, 공유드라이브의 용량 정리가 원활하지 않아 본교의 효율적인 전산자원 분배를 위해 아래와 같이 적용하고자 하오니 구성원분들의 많은 협조를 바랍니다.
1. 적용 사항: Google [공유 드라이브] 서비스 종료 및 기존 공유드라이브 일괄 삭제
- 구글 드라이브는 [내 드라이브]와 [공유 드라이브]로 구분되며, 여기서 [공유 드라이브]만 서비스 종료되므로
[내 드라이브]는 해당 계정의 신분별 제한 용량 범위 내에서 계속해서 사용 가능합니다.
※ 신분별 제한용량
재학생 (학부 및 대학원) - 5GB | 퇴직자/졸업생/제적생 - 1GB |
2. 시행일: 2024년 4월 1일
- 해당 시점 이전에 미리 백업 필요 (4/1 이후 백업 및 복구 불가)
3. 참고 사항
- Google 사의 Google Workspace 정책 변경으로 인해, 개인별 추가 라이센스 구매 및 비용 지불을 통한 용량 증설은 불가합니다.
- 2024년 4월 1일 공유드라이브 일괄 삭제 이후, 파일 복구가 불가하므로 공유드라이브의 자료들은 미리 백업해두시기 바랍니다.
- 타인과의 파일 공유가 필요하다면 [내 드라이브]에서의 공유 기능을 권장드립니다.

[End of Google Shared drive service and re-inform
about deletion]
The information System team has continuously guided Google to organize shared drives.
* Related Notice: Google Drive (including email, shared drive) Cleanup Guide
Since the initial announcement in August 2022, the information system team has recommended and encouraged the individual deletion of shared drives, delaying the process of collective deletion. However, as a result of continuing to monitor the capacity trend of Google Workspace, we would like to apply the shared drive as below for efficient distribution of computer resources in our school, so we ask for your cooperation.
1. Application: Google [Shared drive] service termination and batch deletion of existing shared drives
- Google Drive is divided into [My Drive] and [Shared Drive], where only [Shared Drive] is terminated, so [My Drive] will continue to be available within the account's identification limit.

Students (undergraduate and graduate) - 5GB | Retired / Graduated / Expelled - 1GB |
2. Effective date: April 1, 2024
- Backup required in advance before that point (backup and recovery not possible after 4/1)
3. Notes
- Due to changes in Google's Google Workspace policy, it is not possible to increase capacity by purchasing additional licenses or paying fees for each individual.
- After the shared drive is collectively deleted on April 1, 2024, file recovery will not be possible, so please backup the data on the shared drive in advance.
- If you need to share files with others, we recommend using the sharing function in [My Drive].
