NEW GSIS Field Trip to Kia AutoLand Gwangmyeong

On November 14, 2025, GSIS master’s students headed to Kia AutoLand Gwangmyeong for an insightful look into Korea’s automotive industry.
During the visit, students learned about Korean corporate culture, observed the car manufacturing process, and explored a variety of vehicle models. They gained firsthand experience of production techniques, assembly lines, and the operations of a major Korean company.
Students also had the chance to ask questions, take photos, and even ride in the cars themselves, which made the experience both educational and engaging.
The day offered a hands-on learning opportunity that gave the GSIS community a deeper insight into Korea’s industrial landscape.
